Credit Monitoring

The knock on effects of bad debts and cashflow problems account for almost 30% of business failures in the UK. In most cases the first signs of trouble – the gradual increase and late payment of debts – are missed and then all too soon insolvency follows and a once valued customer vanishes with its unpaid accounts.

Our free monitoring service allows you to monitor any number of customers and suppliers. Each time an event occurs which could indicate a bad debt or insolvency risk (such as a change in credit status, winding-up petition, county court judgement, etc) you will be notified by e-mail. We will also tell you when the annual accounts are available at Companies House.

We strongly believe that our customers should only pay for the credit information they need, when you need it. We therefore offer our monitoring service for free. If a particular monitoring notification is of interest to you, you can then decide to purchase more detailed information via the links provided in the notification email or directly from the site.

Notifications
 Notifications will be provided Free by email. The notification will let you know which type of event has occurred (e.g. a change of director, winding-up petition, county court judgement, etc). If you require any more detailed information or require an up-to-date credit report, these can then easily be purchased via the links provided in the notification email or directly from the site.

Registration
A free monitoring account is available to all Registered customers [more information on Registration]. This requires a simple automated registration process after which your account will be activated within 48 hours. You will be provided with a secure monitoring account page, through which you can add and delete businesses from your account.
