Director Reports
The Director reports provides the name of all the directors and the company secretary
for a specified limited company. The director reports shows:
- Directors’ appointment date
- Date of birth
- Occupation
- Home address
- Number of current directorships held
- Number of resignations held since June 1996.
Report Guidelines:
- Who for: Your MAJOR and possibly KEY customers and suppliers
- Why: To understand who the management team are and the potential risks involved if the team changed
- When: When agreeing terms with new MAJOR (& possibly KEY) customers and suppliers and and then on a periodic basis
Individual Director Reports
The Individual Director Reports is accessible through
the director search. The report shows:
- Names of companies for which the individual is currently a director
- Directorships of non-trading companies
- Companies with insolvency proceedings
- Dissolved companies
- Address and date of birth
- For each company current status and key financial data is also provided.
Report Guidelines:
- Who for: On a key director of a MAJOR and possibly KEY customer or supplier
- Why: To understand their previous history as a director and their other live directorships
- When: When agreeing terms with new MAJOR (& possibly KEY) customers and suppliers and and then on a periodic basis
