credit rating the report includes a summary of the last two years’ filed
accounts. This gives you an indication of the profitability and

WHEN should I purchase a credit report ? You should consider, as a minimum, purchasing the appropriate
credit report whenever:
- A
new trading relationship or account is set up
- A customer
defaults on payment or requests a significantly higher credit
limit (for whatever reason)
- You enter
into a major new contract
- A periodic
review of a key customer or supplier is due
- A significant
credit event occurs (such as a change in the credit score,
credit limit, issuing of a county court judgment, resignation
of a director, etc). Note: our Free

HOW do I buy a credit report ?
All our reports can be purchased using the Business
Search facility on the left hand side of most pages.
Enter the business name and click on the search button. If you
require a more advanced search (e.g. you want to find a company
from its registered number), click the Advanced
Search link. The
Individual Directors Report is accessible through the Director
Search link.
A list of businesses
and addresses matching your search will be displayed. Simply
click on your chosen business and the next page will contain
a list of the available reports (not all reports are available
for all businesses).You will need your credit card (or have previously
arranged a Trade
Account) to purchase a report.
Purchased reports
are immediately displayed online from where they can be printed,
saved or forwarded to an e-mail account. (Registered users
automatically receive e-mailed copies of reports).
